anyone else have this app?

i d/l'd it and noticed it keeps using gps. no way to turn it off except to disable gps. in touch with developer about it, but wondering it anyone else knows if thats how the app works or of a setting in elixir that can turn off location aquasition only for this app.

its running gps indoors as well ... so thats a concern for me.

simple ... from the first day i got the fone up to wen i installed elixir, the battery didnt get as warm as it did after installing this app.

battery area was warmer to the touch and the widget was indicating some 41°C ....
