Fox Fi Not Working On Razr Maxx, Need Replacement Mobile Hotspot App

Fox Fi quit working on Razr Maxx cell phone. I need a replacement mobile hotspot app for phone. Any suggestions? Have others encountered this problem. Fox Fi is no longer on my phone anymore, if it actually was. I was given a Razr Maxx to replace my Galaxy Nexus because of poor phone service at my home or lake house. I cannot find it on the Play Store either. I have an app named "Mobile Hotspot" on my phone, but I was told by Verizon that this app would cost money to use. Looking for a free app and free hotspot service as well. Razr Maxx is not rooted. Thanks in advance, WolfpackRon.

Caesars, Do you have a regular Razr Maxx? How did you spell Fox Fi when you searched play store? I cannot imagine it not being on my play store. Thanks for the help. WolfpackRon.
