Foward google voice calls

How do I foward a call to my real verzion number to my google voice number so I can answer the phone with google voice if someon calls that number.

You can't. You'll cause a forwarding loop. GV can't forward calls to your cell if all your cell's calls are forwarded to GV. You need to get the caller to dial your GV number.
