Fourm skin

I can't change the skin of the fourum on my laptop. everytime i try and change it from the mobile look it says my request could not be processed. it says to contact admin but when i follow the link to do so it says the same thing...help

Let me see what I can do for you on this. I have a feeling it will involve removing your cookies, clearing your cache and a reboot but hang tight.
