Found unfamiliar widget......

[Droid noob]

So I open widget menu and there's a traffic light symbol and it says traffic. I clicked it out of curiosity and it has two fields to fill out. Widget name and destination. Anyone familiar with this?

No but I'm going to check it out right now. Was it in the HTC widgets or did you download something that had it in it?

I see that. You have to name it and then put in a destination.

No Fire. Just in the main widget menu. I couldn't tell ya how long is been there either lol.

If you just updated Google Maps, I'll bet that's where it's from.

EDIT: Looks like it. I set it up, and it opens up Google Maps showing the traffic...although over a much larger area that I had put in. Likely because I'm not where I put in.

Okay, gotta admit.. It's kinda cool..

EDIT: Just confirmed it's after the latest Google Maps update. I hadn't updated on my D2G, and it wasn't there. Updated it, and now it's there.

Do you enter an address? I put an address in there and it creates the widget, but says error loading

I called it my city name and my zip code, it shows traffic is good. Now I want to stop it and can't figure it out.
