For those that actually talk on these phones, 1X signal is very strong.

I was driving through an area that all my previous phones dropped the call. This one got choppy but was able to hang on to it. Yes, I was on Bluetooth.

Sound quality much better than my prior D2G - which, sadly to say, is out of date. Looks like an every 2 year upgrade needed to keep up with technology.

The call quality for me was night and day as well coming over from the D2. Call quality for me has been exceptional.
