I barely got this bionic a week ago. I THINK i like this phone but there have been a few <somewhat> minor issues but I'm concerned that a month from now they won't be so minor....so since I'm within my 14day return period (praise God usually i would find issues month or two later lol) i was thinking of taking it in for an exchange and try another bionic only with a little more experience than i had with this one... Do i call it in or go argue with a store? Either way, will they send a new one or try to give me refurbished? Can i get any advice how to handle the conversation (they all say pretty much the same things lol)? I just feel like it isnt performing like it should and maybe i expected too much but I'm too tech-dumb to really know how to handle the reps when they say policy this and we don't exchange for a new one -when i know they do...it all makes me nervous and i hate the feeling I'm being swindled and end up going home with something that isnt gonna hold up for two yrs -which is all a sista is askin for lol!!
