I'm not gonna lie, I can't believe you havent gotten more "do a search" responses. but anyone, here is a walkthrough i used for flashing the droid 2 sbf. be careful though, it links you to the 2.2 sbf when you probably want 2.3.20, which you can find in other places on this forum

Afger I sbf 2.2 can't I just unroot and get the 2.3.2 ota?

Do not do that. Only sbf the current update you are on or you will end up with a nice expensive brick. There's a link in my sig that will help I believe.

Ok so after I sbf to 2.3.2 will I still be able to get the ginger ota if I unroot?

All that would stop an OTA is if you removed any bloat. If you haven't but are thinking of doing so, just get Titanium Backup and freeze those apps. Then thaw them out when an OTA is out and you should be fine, right Spaz?
