Flashed back to 2.1update 1 and now unable to pull the ota to 2.2 (2.3.15)

My buddy was running the leaked 2.2 (2.3.9) from the summer on his Droid X. He just flashed the 2.1 sbf to his phone and is now showing 2.1update1. But when he goes to system updates it says his phone is up to date. Anyone know how he can get to the offical 2.2 (2.3.15) build from here?

Do you know where that file is located. Thats exactly what I have been looking for is a 2.2 (2.3.15) sbf but have been unable to find it.

Yeah I found this link and downloaded the sbf and the rsd lite 4.8 and used it with my friends phone. It worked perfect he is now on the 2.2 (2.3.15) build. Thanks for your help though.
