Flash player for froyo on the eris

are there any available roms for froyoeris that include the new adobe flash player ?

No. The Eris is far too slow to run flash. The ARM11 cpu inside the Eris is 4 times SLOWER than the Droid Incredible which is the minimum you need to run flash.
