Fingerprint unlock not working...

The fingerprint unlock is not working when swiping left/right and directly launching to an app from lock screen even though the instruction itself says to 'Use fingerprint or unlock code'. Anybody else experiencing this?

PS: Sorry if this issue had already addressed. Searched & can't find the issue. If incase I missed, a link would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum! Sorry to see you're having trouble. When you say it's not working, what exactly is it doing? Does it give you any message, "Fingerprint not recognized" or something? Or is it unlocking, but not directly launching an app?
