Final specs of the Motorola Nexus 6?

What do you think the final specs of the Moto Nexus 6 will be? What do you hope it will have?

I've suffered way too long with this Droid Bionic. I swore I'd never get another Motorola product again. This phone has the Snapdragon 805 I was looking forward to. As long as it can take pictures and video as good as the iPhone 6 I might stick with Android. I've been out of contract for almost a year now so I am in the market for a new phone and I will be taking my time over the next few months. Hope to have one by years end. I just wish Nokia and the Windows Phone would step up to the plate
