Well,

Pros:
-See other screenshots and make your screens pretty
-Learn how to fix certain issues from other peoples experiences
-Easy transitions from other phone platforms

Cons:
-Ugly screens
-Troubleshoot problems yourself
-Possibly not like the new platform because you can't find out how to use it properly or get it to work for you.

Perfect answer. I have stressed to my coworker that his son, a new droid owner, needs to join this forum. I told him that what he knows without it is such a small portion of what the droid can do.

FJHiii gets extra credit. There's an APP for THAT! HA!

I give all my students the mid-term and final exam questions during the first week of classes, then spend the rest of the semester teaching the answers, which go WAY beyond the textbook.

Seems like Droid is the same. We know the questions, and even figure out new ones along the way. Answers are mostly far beyond the users manual too!
