Well folks the ever elusive HTC Merge does exist! The video below was shot by the good folks over at Android Central during CTIA 2011. Let us know what you think of this HTC device with its sexy slide-out keyboard.

by the time VZW gets it it'll be out dated.

As with everything they get lately :(

The Merge was supposed to be out last Nov IIRC!

yup with an 800 mhz processor I believe we are seeing another vzw disappointment. Seriously do no one in vzw have any pride left, we are on Dual core and you are going to put out a device like that. This has been a disappointing year for vzw as far as phones are concerned in my eyes. Hopefully next year is better.

Verizon is playing some kind of sick joke on us. Whats up next a 600MHZ Nokia Droid?

Maybe they will throw in a front facing camera and 256 megs of RAM! Lets hope!!

I feel like I'm in a time warp. Maybe this is punk'd?

Yeah but what if they price this as a low to mid end phone? That would be ok in my book. It certainly shouldn't come with the typical 199 price tag most of our android phones have come with. But what about $50 on a 2 year contract? I think that would be a good deal.
