Favorite shortcut/widget

Hey I lost that favorite contact widget thingy on my home screen. I can not seem to find it under widgets or shortcuts....any idea how to get it back?

No it was the drag down short cut favorites widget that was on the phone when I go it. Each favorite had its own short cut
