Fascinate Slowing Down??

So ive had the Fascinate for about 6 weeks now. The fone has been working great until about the past week or so. I am non stop surfing the web, searching for new apps, and playing games on the fone. All the things i do it has to be saving web pages, search results and everything else. Anyways, lately the fone has been running really slow and messing up alot. So what should i do to clean the fone up and get it running back to its normal speed???? sorry if this has been posted 500 times somewhere else.

how do i do that again?

Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications. Select an app and then choose to clear the cache. Browsers are usually big offenders. I think there are apps which will clear all your caches at once, but IIRC you need to be rooted to use them.

Also, get rid of any Task Killer and/or AntiVirus app you may be using. That would help the most.

download the app "quick app clean cache" to quickly clean all the cache of your apps. i have it, and it works great, and speeds up the phone almost instantly.

also, as much as people on here trash task killers, i find killing the apps i am not using actually speeds up my phone. i do however kill the task killer along with all the other ones so the task killer isnt working or open in the background. best thing to do is just try it and see if it speed up the phone for you. if it doesn't, get rid of it, if it does, keep it around.
