My sis has a problem all I need to know is how to access stock recovery?

Both volume keys and power button. When you see samsung logo u can let go. This should bring you to stock blue recovery. Why do you want to go into stock recovery though?

My sisters phone is completely trashed and she's a long way away and has no clue what to do and can't do a factory reset so im trying to get another way of doing it

What happened was she got on vz navigator and her phone screen just stooped worked except when she was unlocking it, but when it was unlocked it didn't work
So I told her everything to do and her boom now it works

Glad to help. If she has problems again vzw may replace her fassy with a droid x or something if one if persistent enough.
