Factory Reset on Rooted JB?

I have installed JB on my phone and maintained root, but I am having the WiFi issue several others are having. I want to do a factory reset to see if I can reslove the issue, but keep root. Using OTA rootkeeper can I just temp unroot and reset? TIA,

I FDR'd mine the other night. I didn't have to use rootkeeper to maintain root. It doesn't just go away like that.
