Will a fdr give me back the bloatware I uninstalled, such as the Madden NFL app in the 2.3.340?

Are your rooted? Define remove.....

If you actually removed them, then you will need to sbf your device to return it to 100% stock.

A factory data reset does not take you to stock unless you are already stock. All it does is refresh whatever rom you have on your phone at the moment. If you have removed components they are gone.

Before you remove anything from your phone you should have done a stock backup first. You will not be able to get future updates unless you are stock. You could have avoided this by freezing the apps in Titanium instead of deleting them.

At some point you will need to do an sbf now.

Before you continue you should do some reading and research.

Enjoy your new phone!
