Facebook video not feeding?

I have just got the bionic and I went to watch a friends video on facebook and it was searching then said error unable to play ... I know it ain't facebook bc I used my wifes phone and it played fine her phone is a incredible 2.... if anyone knows a solution let me know thanks!

Update Verizon says its where the phone is so knew if u go on the full site on the web all actions perform properly come on updates!
