Facebook SMS Notifications Not working

Its been about a week since my SMS notifications have stopped working for facebook. i have uninstalled and reinstalled FB app.

Went on the computer deleted the phone number and reentered the phone number to recieve SMS. and im still not getting any notifications at all.
