Noticed a question concerning this earlier, and DroidTh3ory said that Blur Facebook needed to be installed. In case you are reinstalling Facebook from Titanium Backup, try logging out of your Facebook once fully flashed and logging back in. I've had to do this for every new rom I've installed and it has worked like a champ for getting the Facebook contacts and pictures back on your lists. Granted this method, involving TiBu, may only be viable to those of you who like a Blurless device. Anyway, hope this helps some of you.

another option is use app extractor to extract all of the blur facebook stuff from a previously backed up system image file.

If you flash the de-Blur to Kin3ct, you can use the FB app to sync contacts.
