Facebook contacts not appearing

When I add a new friend on facebook generally the next day that contact is synched to my phone. I have begun noticing a few will not come over. They are still there on facebook but for whatever reason they wont come over to my phone.

Any others experience this? How can I fix?

This is a known bug in Froyo, but in my experiences it's been fixed in Gingerbread. I've been running the Monster GB Leak for about 6 weeks now, and virtually everything Facebook syncs nicely.

The good news is that apparently GB is (finally) right around the corner for us Droid2 people, so odds are within a few weeks you'll be rocking some fine GB goodness (and fixed facebook integration) yourself.

I got tired of trying to figure out a fix for this. I found Contapps in the market which is a replacement contact app. This updates from Facebook and works awesome! It also supports twitter and several others. Google+ support coming soon! Try it and you won't ever go back to the standard contact app!
