GIFs can be found in many a forum thread. Normally they represent a comical situation or an expression that you would like to make. They convey emotion, sarcasm, whit, and sometimes can even be a bit rude. Developer "icechen1" has developed an app called Face2Gif. Face2Gif uses your front facing camera, and then allows you to turn your recording into a GIF. The finished product can be easily shared to other apps, or they can be archived in the gallery that comes with the app. There are also many settings and adjustments that can be made for the perfect GIF.
