Exchanging the Beats

I got my Rezound phone around 4 months ago and I already found out that the beats have some technical issues. When it plays the music it is not balanced, so I was wondering if it is possible to exchange the beats for a new one because beats headphones have a year warranty.

I think you would have to go through Monster (that's the company that makes beats audio I think) for a warranty exchange if its at all possible
