I have a HTC Incredible, having just changed from an HTC Eris. I set up with our 2007 Exchange server. Contacts, calendar, and email syncs okay, but some of the sub-folders that I have on my exchange account do not appear on the Incredible, nor did they appear on the Eris either. It not consistent, either, because some subfolders under a folder appear, but others do not. I have a mac computer that syncs with the exchange server, and all subfolders appear there. Any ideas on how to have all subfolders sync to the phone?
