exchange email

I have my thunderbolt--i pay the bill- i bought the phone- hooked to my exchange email at work to make my life easier.. when i got it hooked up i had to accept an agreement more or less stating they can remotly wipe my phone without notice.. is there any way to stop this .. rooted and running CM RC.07 thanks for all help.. Again company does not pay bill or buy phones..

They would only do that if you were using the server access maliciously somehow... So whats the big deal? They would only be concerned with wiping the emails and access itself
