Event reminder issue

Event reminder set for 1 hour. Using dx, When I invite a user who has the droid 1 the reminder is changed to 10 min on the droid 1. But the best part is the reminder on the droid 1 does not work until 1 hour AFTER the event starts.

Any idea what I can do?
