Bought my droid 2 in August. Went to Verizon yesterday, and, to my surprise, the description for my phone said it had "Global" capabilities, "Global ready." I asked the clerk if the sign was referring to the "new" Droid 2 Global version and he said "no, this is referring to your Droid 2, 1st version." However, he couldn't explain exactly how it would function that way. Does anyone have any ideas on how this would work? Or, was I misinformed--it wouldn't be the first time.
