Error when I try to remove widget

I am trying to move, or remove a widget on my HTC Eris (Verizon), but I keep getting an error saying: The application HTC Sence (process com.htc.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.


I have no problems moving or removing the other widgets on my phone. I have restarted the phone, but the issue remains. The widget giving me problems is the HTC Twitter that comes with the phone. The widget still works, but I need to remove it.
