error message HELP!

ok so a friend of mine has a droid X and they got this error message and is not near a computer right now so i figured id get the bal rolling trying to figure something out... looked thru the droid x forums and didnt find anyone with this error message so figured id start a new one to see what kind of feedback i could get ... any help would be GREATLY apprciated... waiting back for a message i asked her what she was dong when it happened and if she tried to do a battery pull will add another post when i find out :icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek:

I do not have a droid x so I might not be much help, but that looks like stock recovery in the picture to me.

and what does that mean?

Well, if your not rooted and don't have a custom rom installed, usually that is the screen that appears when you hold x and power up the phone. Also, the phone may go into that if doing an OTA (over the air) update.
