Pull the data off your card to be safe and run a scan on it to see if it's failing or just a corrupted file or something. If all else fails, format it and put the data back on.
Probably. I'd still run the scan when you get the chance. SD cards/flash memory don't have the staying power of hard drive and can fail at any time. Most last a long time, of course, but better safe than sorry.
