eris wifi setup

So I got an Eris yesterday, and went to set up the wifi on my home network. It seems straightforward enough. It finds my network and asks for my WEP. I put the wep in and it comes back as "unsuccessful". The thing is brand new and has no apps on it.

Another issue it has is that it won't play any videos, but I'm assuming that's an unrelated problem. Thanks for the help.

Try restarting the router. If that does not work, try connecting to another wireless network. Try to narrow down all the possibilities and attempt to trace it back to the cause. If it still does not connect to any other connections, an exchange is in your future.
