Eris Boot Animation

Can someone please rip me the boot animation for the eris? I wanna take a part of it and add it to my own (the part with Andy the android waving and popping in and out).

Here's my first crack at a boot animation. The original file was a gif so I split it up into a bunch of pngs, but it was 320x425 which looked like crap on the droid screen. I basically pasted the original frames into some black 480x848 pngs so it would look right. The droid guy is a little small though so I might redo it by resizing him before pasting him into the big frames.

I also attached the original gif from the eris in case someone else wants to work with it.
