Entering GPS coordinate question

Can someone tell me how to enter GPS coordinates into the GPS? Is it possible to do that?

Entering Latitude/Longitude

To enter latitude/longitude into the GPS type degrees <space> minutes.seconds. For example 39 degrees, 57' 40" N & 75 degrees10' 22" W is 39 57.40 - 75 10.22
