My Incredible won't turn on completely. It will start up like normal and says "droid." Then loops back around to the beginning screen and starts over again. Verizon is sending me a new phone which is great. However, I need the pictures off of it. I called Verizon a month ago b/c i was having problems saving all the pictures to the memory card. I did everything they said and the lady reassured me all of my pictures would be on my sd card. My pics are not on my card. How can i get the pictures off of my phone. This started after playing Angry Birds. I beat the level and the game stopped. I then noticed facebook wasn't working correctly and decided to restart my phone. That's when this started. I've tried to start the phone in safe mode but that won't work either.
