Emailing Video from Droid X

Hey Guys..can someone tell me where on this Forum I can find instructions on how to send videos taken on my X to both Emails Addresses and
others Phone???
Would appreciate it...I have benn doing searches and have not been able to find how to do this.
Once I select the video..I have then pulled up the Menu and selected "Share" but from there I have trouble.
