Email notifications

Hello all.I have one question, how do you change your email notifications to your liking. I have some ringtones that I would like to use.

open your sd card>media>audio>notifications and paste your notification tones there. If you don't already have a ringtones folder create on in the audio file and place your ringtones in the folder you created. Mp3's, alarms, ect. same thing. This post is 2 days old so if you haven't already figured out how to do so here you go.

cant seem to find any audio files on my sd card.
is there a diffrent way?
i tried going ASTRO and copy n paste but thwne i try n paste it onto the notification folder, it will not allow me to paste.

any help?
