Email Exchange question!

Ok I have my home email on my phone. I also have my work email set up with exchange. My question is can I make a seperate mail icon on my phone with just my work email so I have 2 different icons. One for personal and 1 for work. Thanks

I have three accounts and an icon for each on my Droid.

LONG PRESS on home screen. Choose SHORTCUTS. Choose EMAIL. It then asks which account??? YAHOO or WORK?

Got it thanks.... Can I rename the folder? It shows exchange under my icon. Can I name it something else?
