Email display - sent mail

When I look at my sent mail folder for a pop account it shows my email address (sender) instead of the recipient. Does anyone know if this can be changed? Its not a very helpful view since I already know that I was the one who sent the email.

It depends on your set up. If you're using gmail to send it through then go to your gmail app and you can use the tags to see sent mail. If you're using the stock app and sending, I'm not sure how that works.
