Email closing after 2 seconds

I'm having an end user loosing email after 24 hours of it running. Basically it opens the email app and the closes it after 2 seconds. I have noticed that it stops syncing all together. We are using an Exchange 2007 server. This is the only user that is having this problem. There is no warning notification at all when the email app closes. I have tired multiple phones of the same type and it is still happens. Turned the Calendar off as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
