Does anyone here read ebooks on their droid? If so please share your experiences and the app you use to do so.

I'm considering use "repligo reader" or "documents to go" to read pdf books. Any one have good experiences with those two apps. I would like some input on choosing, as both are pretty pricey for apps.

Thanks!

I use aldiko book reader and I like it. has a nice night mode too

EDIT: i dont think aldiko does pdf tho

I use ereader from ereader.com/Barnes&noble because that is where I buy a lot of books from.

Oh nice, I somehow missed Aldiko book reader. But correct me if I'm wrong, it cannot read pdf files, only files downloaded from their collection of ebooks?

Thanks for the recommendation, I'm taking a look now!

Aldiko does read other books in epub format if you put them in the ebook folder on your SD card... you can use Calbire on your PC to convert to epub if you need to. I also like FBreader, it'll do several formats (don't remember them all) and one of them is mobi, which I already have a lot of books in that format, so that was nice. FB is on the market, and if you go to their website, it's FBreaderJ that you want to look at if you'd like info on it.

Wow, using Calibre with Aldiko is PERFECT! Thank you so much for the suggestion. Also, do you know the difference between the Aldiko paid and free versions?

Reading on Aldiko is tons better than on those pdf readers. I'm so happy!
