EA Bringing New Need For Speed Most Wanted to Multi-Platforms & Android Oct 30

If you are an arcade style car racing game fan, Electronic Arts just issued an exciting press release. Apparently, they are revisiting the Need For Speed Most Wanted series with a reboot, and will be launching it simultaneously on multiple platforms including Android! (NASDAQ: EA) announced that Criterion Games is reimagining Need for Speed™ Most Wanted - a franchise fan favorite and the bestselling Need for Speed game in the series. Designed for a new, more connected generation of racing fans, Need for Speed Most Wanted offers players an expansive open world packed with exhilarating action where they can choose their own path to become the Most Wanted.

sounds interesting, I'll definitely be keeping an eye on this one. I LOVED playing Asphalt 6 and NFS Hot Pursuit on my Kindle Fire so I have been looking for a new race game, too bad it looks like I'll have to wait till October or November to get it.

I was a big fan of the Most Wanted series. I may get it, but not on my phone/tablet. Unless I can connect my PS3 controller to it and use that, I don't like how racing games are played on phones/tablets.

Honestly, I think the accelerometer steering makes more sense than steering with a tiny analog stick or d-pad, but that's just me. I actually think that racing games are much better on phones/tablets than most other genre of games.
