Dumb Question - SD card

I have no idea how to get to the contents of my sd card. How do you route things you dl from the market or dling from websites, like pics or songs from the Incredible onto your sd card as well.

I figured out how to get my pictures to save on the card not sure if your having trouble with that or not. My pictures were saving to the phone.

Go to the camera slide out the left hand menu. The click the bottom option for settings and you can set photo storage to the card. Drove me nuts for a little while because everything I saw said the card was the default.
