Dumb Question....FRS & Apps on SD Card

Ok I have a dumb question. In the past, if I had to do a FRS, I would back up to Astro, reinstall it & all my apps would just reload.

I have a feeling I'm about to have to do a FRS (posted for help in the support forum). If I have all my apps on my SD card anyway, is there an easy way to get them running again? I know I can restore from Google Play...is that the easiest? Also, if it is the easiest, should I delete my apps that are on my SD card so I don't have duplicates? Not sure if ICS improved this feature.

Well, to make your situation even worse... I'm going to suggest that you don't backup and restore any data. And then do the factory data reset.

This will better serve you in getting rid of any glitches and issues you're having. Its a bit more work, but worth it in the end

Thanks..lol....what should I do with the apps on my SD card? If I leave them, how do I reinstall? Or do I just delete?
