I just jumped into the lake with my Droid X in my pocket about a hour ago... I haven't tried to turn it on, and I have taken the battery and SD card out. Anything else I can do???

Rice absorbs moisture better than evaporating would do with a heat source. Heat can damage components and can create condensation making the thing worse off inside before it gets better.
If you ever go to a restaurant and see rice in the salt shaker its the same concept. Rice. Do it.
Thanks for the advise everybody! Should I try to take it apart more (remove screws)? or is that taking too much of a risk of not getting it back together.
