North Florida (Jacksonville/St. Augustine area) here. Got the update last night. Seems very random.

The OTA is being done by general spreadout, instead of 'area by area'. So not everyone is going to get it at the same time. The rollout was stated to be 200k users a day. With almost a million users... It might be a while.
