Droidroothelper/pro problems

Had my droid rooted before, but flashed it to stock and removed root+busybox+anything else that should be there, had to take it in to Verizon because of heat issues (not overclocked, or atleast much ;]), so anyways they looked at it, flashed it to stock again and gave me a new battery, it's been good since then. Here's the problem. I can root it fine, but I had my recovery and Busybox on there thanks to droidrootpro. I've used helper and Pro, but none work, at all. They won't flash my recovery, install busybox, or anything esle. Permissions are set to allow, and I have tools downloaded to my Sdcard, so i'm not sure what the problem is. I'm not fluent with ADB, and using the Droidroot app's seem far easier and less time consuming. Anybody know a fix? and anybody have instructions on how to install busybox strictly through terminal commands(no ADB)?
