droid4 ics - home, search button problem

I'm happy owner of droid 4 bought from US.

I've upgraded it to ics using info from this forum.
Phone is working fine in GSM/UMTS band.

I have one problem, home search buttons problem. I'm unable to use multitasking.
I've read in this forum about it, propably launcher problem.

Symptoms:
home not working
after pressing power only two options: power off and sleep
search button not working

My questions:
Should I see any process called *launcher* when I do 'ps' command ?
Maybe I should fix one of files in /system/usr/keylayout/ ?

I don't want to do "factory reset", I've already tried adw launcher but it even can't start

Update, I've found "button saviour" can be solution (virtual home button), but buttons doesn't work.
Can anyone send me his/system/usr/keylayout dir please?
