Development on the Droid 3 has really begun to ramp up since it was rooted just a little over a month ago! We've had Clockwork Recovery for a few weeks, and Roms are really starting to be released in full force! CyanogenMod7 will be arriving shortly, but while you wait why not get your hands dirty with some monster romage!

Monster Rom v1.1 brought to you by the developer "05GSXRK5" is a fully themed Rom based on the Deodexed 5.6.890 system. It includes a custom boot animation, AOSP launcher, 1% battery mod, and is Dark grey themed. It also comes with a Themed Music Player, Themed Gallery, Themed Camera, Themed Video Player and the Notification bar is fully themed. This Rom is completely debloated and debogged with the removal of all the preloaded crapware. Although FMRadio is maintained, that seems to be the one piece of bloat that people really want to hold on to.

This Rom has seen a few versions since its initial release and most of the bugs and kinks have been worked out. It is ready for primetime!

That is probably because the FM radio app could hardly be called bloat. It is a necessary piece of software to interface with hardware inside of the phone. In terms of fully using the phone's hardware, it is as necessary as the phone APK. And at less than 500KB in size, it is basically the opposite of bloat.

Absolutely this is why I cant understand why it is often removed by developers :)
